                                                                  Project Management is all about setting and achieving reasonable and attainable goals. It is the process of planning, organizing and overseeing how and when these goals are met.  This course will cover the fundamental principles of Project Management as defined in the PMI PMBoK Guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and will cover all the competency areas required to allow participants to achieve the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Project Management.
