This course covers the advanced principles of Project Management as defined in the PMI PMBoK guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and will cover all the competency areas required to allow participants to achieve the nationally recognised Diploma of Project Management.
This course also satisfies the PMBOK component for PMI PMP Examination Preparation and AIPM professional competency standards for Certified Practising Project Manager Level.
