These two sessions offer critical steps towards the RCSA Service Delivery Standard. This standard helps recruitment businesses to adopt best practice in the delivery of their services to clients and candidates.

EFFECTIVE DOCUMENT CONTROL SESSION
09:00AM - 10:30AM
Effective document control is an important part of maintaining a reliable business management system.  It is also a key element in achieving the requirements for certification in the RCSA Service Delivery Standard and the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.

How can this be done simply and effectively?
Find out how to develop a document control which is easy to use and which works!  Find out what documents should be included, how to build an indexing system without buying a new program, how to reference document consistently.

This is a critical step in building your business systems for certification in Service Delivery or Quality Management.

COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT SESSION
11:00AM - 12:30PM

Well run businesses regularly check to make sure that what they promise they will deliver is being delivered.  Customers can’t check out a service before they buy it – they have to take you on your word that what you say you will do.

Find out how you can be sure that your business is consistently delivering the promised service.

This presentation will be of particular interest to managers who are responsible for developing an internal compliance program, but also for business managers who want to find out what it is about and how it helps your business.

Find out what should be monitored, what to monitor it against, and how to manage any problems that are revealed.

Although an introductory presentation, this course will be highly valuable for businesses wishing to improve the quality of the service delivery and for businesses planning to seek certification in the RCSA Service Delivery Standard or the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
