Session Summary This working breakfast is a 90 minute session on how others have succeeded in various fields such as IT, Technical and Engineering, Legal, Office Services, Accounting and Executive recruitment businesses.

About the presenter Isabelle Phillips MRCSA Isabelle coaches high achieving recruiters around Australia and New Zealand, she consults to CEO’s on building sustainable profitability and she trains professional coaches.
With over 15 years experience in HR management and consulting roles across government and corporate arenas Isabelle brings a breadth and depth of knowledge to her clients. Her recruitment specific experience includes six years specialising in executive, accounting, customer service and sales recruitment, managing recruitment teams for the Select Australasia group. She has a passion for developing inspiring leaders who create great places to work.
Her training and coaching style is upbeat, inclusive and creates moments of self-awareness: aha!-moments that springboard personal development.
