Simplifying Sales Calls + Gaining the Client Brief & Job Specification

The sales call is an essential component of a consultants' day.  If not handled correctly it can be one of the barriers to achieving real success.

 

Gaining the client brief and job specification is an extremely important part in the recruitment and selection process.  Handled incorrectly other steps in the process will suffer.  Get the information you require for a successful placement every time.

 

Sourcing & Retaining Canditates & Effective Advertising + Developing Interview Techniques

Finding the right candidate for the right job is a challenge particularly in a tight competitive market place.  In this session of the Steps to Recruitment Excellence workshop discover where to find them (sourcing), how to attract them (effective advertising) and how to keep them (candidate retention).  Put yourself in the driving seat.

 

All the initial steps are complete and you are now at a crucial stage in the recruitment process - the interview.

Develop interview techniques that will project you as a true professional to confidently shortlist the right candidates for the job.

Learning outcomes for morning session:

Learn an activity based approach to making sales calls

Discover how to present with credibility as a professional consultant   

Identify the key information required when taking a client brief

Learn how to design and develop a comprehensive job specification                             

 

Learning outcomes for afternoon session:

Discover six different methods of sourcing candidates

Develop four ways to retain candidates

Learn the formula to put together effective advertisements

Identify four ways of developing candidate rapport

Learn six questioning techniques that can be used to gain information

Discover how non verbal communication unlocks those hidden answers

About the Presenter
Jodi Adams MRCSA
Many opportunities throughout a recruitment industry career spanning 16 years have provided Jodi with the foundations required to build training platforms.

 

Working as a facilitator for the past eight years specialising in recruitment, customer service, IT systems training and employee counselling, Jodi believes in fostering a learning environment where participants can share ideas and challenge concepts.

 

A teaching diploma and a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training, combined with hands on experience enable Jodi to deliver specific, realistic and valid sessions to a variety of audiences.
