During this session, RCSA Australia and New Zealand Chief Executive Officer, Julie Mills, will outline the year ahead for the Association and its Members.  Julie knows that building a profitable and sustainable business is your key priority and will present access to professional opportunities through RCSA that inspire and educate.

Craig Schuetrumpf, an industry leader in internet technology, will present a practical, informative and rewarding demonstration of what you can do to boost your internet presence and future strategy.

Job boards, multipost, multimedia, social networking, streaming video and  web sites all present a plethora of options and opportunities for recruiters to attract candidates. What is your technology road map?  How do you maximise your presence on the internet? What is available? How does it work? What are others doing?

Craig will demonstrate, through clear and practical examples, how you can use technology now in your online strategy.

About the Presenters
Julie Mills
Julie Mills has been a key driver in RCSA’s positioning as the voice for the recruitment and on hire sectors in Australia and New Zealand.  In the past six years Julie has played a significant role in ensuring the Association caters for the diversity of business size, specialisation and functions that the membership represents.

There has been a growth in special interest groups, business groups and issues management groups during this time with the launch of the Australian Association of Medical Recruitment Agencies and the formatin of the Australian Association of Nursing Recruitment Agencies as Member Sector Groups of RCSA being notable milestones.

Craig Schuetrumpf
Craig Schuetrumpf is one of the founders of Quickcut, a digital media agency responsible for the distribution to press of over 80% of all display/ classified advertisements placed in newspapers and magazines. The company having started in Australia now services 46 countries world wide.

Craig has also worked extensively in the video, graphic and animation industries building hardware and software used by companies such as Polaroid, Atari, Commodore and Pixar. He has worked throughout the world and has specialised in online technologies for e-commerce and recruitment applications.
