One day of interactive training specially designed for consultants new to the Recruitment Industry.
Introduction to Recruitment Consulting is a concentrated one-day workshop presented by Karen Palmer MRCSA. It is designed to give entrants to the industry an understanding of how to take an assignment from client brief to final placement. It provides a framework of how the recruitment process works, and will help ensure that vital stages of this process are managed effectively.
The workshop also provides the ideal framework for the more specialised skills-based learning that further refines the skills learned in this workshop.
This full day workshop is designed to provide an introduction to the work of a recruiter and the four stage selection process:
.Keys to your success: attributes and behaviour.
.Superior client service and managing meetings.
.The recruitment process.
.Specifying: the job role, the person profile, key competencies.
.Sourcing: determining strategies, designing advertisements, selecting media.
.Screening: telephone techniques, resume evaluation, competency assessment.
.Selecting: behavioural interviews, group selection techniques, psychological testing, reference checking and making the job offer.
Who should attend Consultants new to the industry with less than 12 months' consulting experience.
