'Different Thinking' is the new book about our industry. It is written by industry veteran Nicholas Beames and it highlights the stories and inspirations of 20 inspirational leaders in the industry.
RCSA is pleased host a series of breakfasts where Nicholas Beames will share insights into the book, Tony Hall who wrote the first book a decade ago will talk of the industry’s coming of age, and Ross Clennett APRCSA will then host a Q&A session live on stage with the inspirational personalities from the book.
Join the stellar cast of Nick Waterworth, Rosemary Scott FRCSA (Life), and Greg Savage MRCSA (Life) as they answer questions from Ross Clennett APRCSA about their early days starting out, floating companies on the stock exchange, retiring then heading back to the office for another go, going global, and moving into senior executive strategic roles. It has been many years since such an experienced group has sat on the same stage to discuss the same topic.
Meet the Panelist:
Rosemary Scott FRCSA (Life) – MD of Scott Recruitment. An innovative pioneer of the Rec-2-Rec market in Australia and a long-respected member of the recruitment industry. Not only does Rosemary have a wealth of experience to talk about she, as a Rec-2-Rec, know everyone else, knows what works, knows what doesn’t work, and knows the difference.
Greg Savage MRCSA (Life) – MD of Firebrand Talent. He stared his first business in his twenties, floated it on the stock exchange in his thirties, and became Global CEO of one of the largest recruitment firms on the planet in his forties. What Greg Savage doesn’t know is no worth knowing.
Nick Waterworth – Executive Chairman of Ambition Group. Having worked with Michael Page for over a decade he and partner, Paul Lyons, set about building a publicly-listed global firm. And have succeeded spectacularly. When it come to big-scale strategy whilst keeping your finger ‘on the pulse’ Nick Waterworth is the man to listen to.
Meet the Facilitator: Ross Clennett APRCSA
