Every day, recruitment managers, consultants and their clients need to work with a diverse generational mix of Gen-Y, Gen-X and the Baby Boomers.
Sometimes it can turn into an intergenerational minefield, where tensions and miscommunication negatively impact productivity, relationships and eventually, the bottom line.
Anders Sorman-Nilsson will teach you how to build cross-generational teams that fire on all cylinders. He will give you the tools and insights you need to create a workplace where ideas cross-pollinate across all of your team – regardless of their age or background.
As recruiters and suppliers we are at the epicentre of the upended global talent crisis, and all play a vital role in the talent life cycle.
This breakfast think tank guarantees to be thought-provoking, feather-ruffling, innovative and fun. It represents the forward-thinking movement ‘from awareness to funky solutions’, and will provide you with plenty of food for thought and concrete advice on how to maximise your Return on Thinking in a world that is a little out of whack.

Anders facilitates think tanks that get cross-generational teams to fire on all cylinders, identify organisational thinking blindspots, and teach organizational leaders funky problem-solving skills to maximise their Return On Thinking.
Anders’ clients include Macquarie Bank, ANZ, Singtel Optus, Minter Ellison, Finity Actuaries, Nutricia, Bollywood Giant Zee Entertainment Enterprises India, Sydney Roosters, the Australian Legal Practice Managers Association, TEC, the Local Government Managers Association, and the Department of Education and Training, who he provides with food for thought and fuel for action.
