In a changing profession where short term success is based on your ability to sell and long-term success on your ability to deliver, no recruitment & on-hire consultant can afford to guess their way through the myriad of complex legal, ethical and technical requirements of effective recruitment and on-hire consulting.
Developed by the RCSA in conjunction with education professionals, the Entry Level Program is a comprehensive and practical course addressing the essential elements of contemporary recruitment and on-hire skills and compliance.
Completion of this course earns 25 CPE Points which, on application, provides RCSA Accredited Professional Recruiter status to successful participants. Click here for more information

Interviewing Essentials - delivered as 2 x 1hr WebinR Recordings -
Interviewing Essentials Part 1: Interviewing the client and creating the Ad (viewed at any time)
Interviewing Essentials Part 2: Interviewing the Candidate and selling to the Client (viewed at any time)
Essential Legislation Update - delivered as a WebinR Recording (viewed at any time)
RCSA Code for Professional Conduct - delivered as an online self-assessment (viewed at any time)
Entry Level Exam - Open Book Exam (online) – to be completed online between Friday 23rd March and Sunday 25th March 2012.
The total nominal investment of time to undertake the program is 19 hours. This consists of 14 hours of online study, three x one hour WebinR recordings, and a two hour exam.
NOTE: Once you have registered to participate in the Entry Level Program (by clicking on 'NEXT' below) an RCSA representative will register you into the E-Learning online component, and you will be sent the WebinR recordings.
Cost
RCSA Members $750.00 including $68.20 GST.
Non Members $1125.00 including $102.27 GST.
