The RCSA Human Resource Consulting Certificate is the premier industry-recognised entry level program for recruitment & on-hire consultants throughout New Zealand. Developed by the RCSA, this industry  Entry Level Certificate is a comprehensive and practical course on contemporary recruitment & on-hire consulting.

 

Session Summary

The RCSA Human Resource Consulting Certificate, delivered by RCSA is designed to provide essential knowledge of the recruitment & on-hire consultant’s role and the industry.

The course is made up of these core learning modules:

   •        Introduction to recruitment consulting

   •        Strategic human resource management

   •        Recruitment consulting

   •        Recruitment and selection overview including the

            interview

   •        Legal responsibilities

   •        Recruitment & selection process

 

In a changing industry where short-term success is based on your ability to sell, and long-term success on your ability to deliver, no recruitment & on-hire consultant can afford to guess their way through the myriad of complex legal, ethical and technical requirements of effective recruitment & on-hire consulting.

 

The Certificate is awarded on the basis of students gaining an understanding of the course through a two hour exam, which is to be completed within twelve months of enrolment online. The Certificate is awarded subject to achieving 50% or more in the on line exam. Upon completing the course, you will be able to:

 

   •        Promote knowledge of the link between the role of

            recruitment consultant and the HR issues faced by clients

   •        Identify recruitment consulting business issues

   •        Describe the recruitment and selection process

   •        Facilitate the transfer of learning to applied situations

   •        Facilitate an understanding of legal responsibilities

   •        Provide a platform for future development
