Full-day workshop that provides tools and techniques to help you achieve great results quickly!
The RCSA is pleased to present an interactive full day workshop for recruitment team leaders and managers, presented by performance coach, Ross Clennett of Ingenius Coaching, one of the RCSA’s most popular presenters.
This workshop will be highly valuable for team leaders and general managers who aspire to take their team(s) to a higher level of effectiveness, regardless of how well things are going right now.
The promise of these programs is for leaders to discover how to:
• Reduce your ‘management time’
• Increase your ‘leadership’ time
• Reduce your staff turnover
• Increase your sales and profits
• Reduce your stress
• Increase your enjoyment
In this workshop you will learn:
• The 7 imperatives of leading people
• The difference between ‘management’ and ‘leadership’
• Your rating against the 34 leadership behaviours
• A greater understanding of your own strengths and how they both help and hinder your leadership
• The 5 traits of highly effective business leaders and where you rate with these same traits
• To identify high potential consultants in the current market– what competencies to look for, and those to avoid
• Setting expectations
• Driving performance
• Balancing fee earning with leadership
• How to have effective performance management conversations
• How to coach your people rather than tell them
• Create a team environment so that you are seen as an inspiring, strong and fair leader, not a micromanaging, critical nag!
