Rosemary Scott, a Life Fellow of the RCSA, has over 35 years of experience to share with recruitment leaders. Having run and sold her own successful recruitment company, Rosemary pioneered the Recruit to Recruit concept in Australia in the early 1990s. Today, it is a fast growing sector of the recruitment profession.
