Explore a selection of Australia’s unique sparkling wine styles with Jan Douglas, wine consultant and Vin de Champagne award winner in a two hour session. Behind the cascade of bubbles is an exciting array of flavours, taste and textures.

Cancellation policy : Written notice of cancellations must be recieved no later than 14 days prior to course starting dates for a refund. If notification is less than 14 days, only an alternative course will be offered. The purchase is tranferable and another person can attend in your place if you are unable to attend.
Payment Method: Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). A confirmation of your registration (tax invoice) will be issued on receipt of your payment.
