The Customer Service & Operations team comprises customer service, script writers and voice production professionals plus administration and sales. While the company's founder brings extensive experience in the information technology & telecommunications industry, including international consulting and project management in the Middle East, USA and Canada, the company has continued to develop a competent team of IT and customer service professionals.
