Terms and Conditions
Payments:
All prices are in Australian Dollars and included GST. Payments are accepted by credit card only.
Ticketing:
Purchased tickets will be posted to the address on the booking confirmation. Individual tickets will not be sent out unless otherwise advised.
A confirmation of your booking (tax invoice) will be issued on receipt of your payment. Where applicable, any seating plan arrangements will be advised on arrival.
Tickets purchased within 7 working days of the event will not be posted out. Tickets purchased during this time will be available for collection from the McLaren Vale & Fleurieu Visitor Centre from Monday 30 April 2012. Tickets may only be collected by the original buyer, photo ID must be provided.
No cancellations:
Under no circumstances will payments or tickets be refunded. Tickets are transferable.
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, McLaren Vale Grape Wine Tourism Association reserves the right to cancel the event. Booking and service fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Venue:
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, McLaren Vale Grape Wine Tourism Association reserves the right to transfer to another venue. The group contact person will be informed in advance. No monetary compensation will be issued.
The event organiser reserves the right to video, photograph, broadcast or telecast the event.
The event organiser takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
