** Tour Operator participation at the Retail Travel Agent Tradeshow is limited to 15 companies that register and pay.
 
I agree as a registered Tour Operator/Wholesaler, we understand that sleeping rooms and meals have been included for each of our attending staff member(s) and will discourage the leaving of the conference and/or premises for any reason. Should any representative(s) from our company decide to leave the premises we understand it is at their own risk and at the responsibility of the indvidual(s). We understand that The SPF40 committee, Mvent Group, and any third party vendors are not liable or responsible for any of our attending representatives.
 
  

Service Fees
2.95% will apply for all credit card transactions.
USD$45 will apply for all wire transfers. This fee does not include the fees that your bank may charge to make the wire transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of participants for each event and the reserved space for the registered company, once a registered company's participation has been confirmed there is absolutely NO REFUNDS of fees or service charges for cancellations or no shows. Sorry, no exceptions.
